Chi is the vital life force energy of the universe. If an energy center (known as a chakra) becomes blocked, specific emotional and physical problems begin. To heal the body, mind and spirit, is to bring the chakras into alignment and balance. Keeping the chakras balanced is also part of the continual process of enlightenment. Reiki sessions may also be helpful.
We can’t always vibrate at a high frequency, and that’s okay. We might not vibe at the same frequency as our friends and family. Sometimes we will. Sometimes we won’t. And that’s okay, too. Sometimes we need others to help us through.
There are ways, however, of raising our vibration. Ignoring low vibration isn’t the ultimate answer. You have to confront it. Confront strife (anger), envy, and jealousy in ourselves and in others. Confrontation leads to forgiveness. This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take time to yourself, away from others. And, keep in mind that forgiveness does not mean putting up with abuse—each one of us deserves peace. It means that confrontation, too, can lead to peace. It is important to know when to say something and when to stay silent. There is a time for everything.
“Don’t sweat the petty things and don’t pet the sweaty things.” ―George Carlin
Let’s say negativity and gossip is something that makes you uncomfortable. Then, you could face this negativity and gossip with a respectful truth, a confrontation. And, do so privately, not in front of others and not on social media. Also, bring in a positive perspective. Obeying God includes ending strife. We should pray for others, not criticize them. Trust that the Lord will hear your prayers.
In addition to raising our frequency, we can also keep our vibration up. There are many ways to do this. For example, we can listen to healing frequencies, or we can do yoga.
432 hertz, also known as “Verdi’s A,” was once the music tuning standard. It’s been said that it has a positive effect on emotional well-being. This was until around 1917. This began to change as the American Federation of Music started adopting 440 Hz (which some say has a negative emotional effect). In 1922 it became the stardard pitch in the US. By 1947 it became international. I don’t recall where I heard about this, but I had been researching how different music frequencies can heighten our vibration, and I thought it was interesting. 528 Hz is known as “the love frequency.” If you’re interested, YouTube contains many tracks of such music. In my opinion, try it out yourself. If listening to a certain sound, sound combination, music, or recorded sounds-of-nature can help make you feel better and change your behavior for the better, then go with what works for you.
You can also find guided meditations and a variety of yoga sessions on YouTube. I encourage you to explore these options. Do some research and try a few to find out which ones are best for you. I find kundalini energy to be interesting. It increases the energy you are giving and receiving. It is especially helpful after awakening, or reawakening, to keep your spiritual development flowing.
“To avoid spiritual confusion, it is important to keep your thoughts positive and keep your chakras clean and balanced. The Kundalini energy works like a fertilizer and encourages the growth of not only the positive aspects of the person but the negative aspects as well.” —Chao Kok Sui
Kundalini energy helps the brain to register spiritual or higher experiences and stimuli. If you’re interested in expanding your conscious mind to lead you to greater inner awareness, I suggest this type of yoga.
You can also keep your vibration up by:
Gratitude, kindness, love, joy, passion, forgiveness, acceptance, honesty, and creativity.
Sunshine, contact with water, walking in nature, and gardening.
Salt baths, grounding, earthing, and working with crystals.
Breathing deeply, exercising, or simply shaking or moving your body.
Wearing bright colors, laughing, smiling, hugging, singing, and dancing.
Eating greens, fruits, raw nuts, organic foods (esp. EWG's Dirty 12), and drinking spring water (it doesn’t have fluoride in it).
Journaling, visualizing a good life, listening to relaxing music, praying, and reading The Bible.
Swallowing your pride, living a balanced life, and being present.
Loving.
Take the word hate out of your vocabulary. When there is greater strife, such as major evil being done, remember to focus on justice, not revenge. And do your best to continue on the right path, following God’s guidance.

2Timothy 2:23-25: So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart. Have nothing to do with foolish, ignorant controversies; you know that they breed quarrels. And the Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, correcting his opponents with gentleness.
Ephesians 4:29-31: Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice.
