(Poem of the Week)

A lunar eclipse evening past

Three ways balanced

Eyes open, I am.

See lights of nature

Raining for days

Smooth minutes

Tick away . . .

The witch within me

Seeks nature and truths

My questions have answers

I need my free will . . .

As neurotic Jars of Clay

Tell me to fly far away

I pray . . .

They say they’ll repair me

But I cannot be fixed

I’m a broken clock

Out of tock, out of tick . . .

Give me the night

Give me the day

Make my dreams hopeful

show me my way.
